The Kansas State School for the Blind (KSSB) and its foundation, the KC Blind All-Stars, are responsible for distributing the Gwendolyne Hawley Trust on behalf of the Hutchinson Community Foundation.  The late Mrs. Hawley, of Hutchinson, Kansas, left this trust to assist blind students with their post-secondary education.  The amounts of the scholarship award(s) have ranged from $500 to $1,800 for students.
